Automated processing solution for refrigerators, compressors and crankcases

This solution employs four 6-DOF industrial robots, three simple mechanical arms, five conveyor lines matched with five multi-station special machines, marking machines, and a stator mounting surface milling machine to complete the automated processing crankcases.

• 03.Extremely low labor costs: The original production line needed 16 operators for two shifts, and only 4 are required after automation.
